Virtus.pro Announced Second Dota 2 Roster
The Russian esports organization Virtus.pro has announced its second Dota 2 roster called VP.Prodigy, which consists of Egor "epileptick1d" Grigorenko, Rostislav "fn" Lozovoi, Dmitry "DM" Dorokhin, Vitalie "Save-" Melnic and Albert "yume" Garayev.
Earlier the team’s carry epikeptick1d and support player Save- played in the main Virtus.pro roster – together they placed 5-6th at ESL One Hamburg 2019 and ONE Esports World Pro Singapore, as well as finished 13-16th at DreamLeague Season 13. This February they were replaced by Bakyt "Zayac" Emilzhanov and added Zaur "Cooman" Shakhmurzaev.
Fn joined the team as a stand-in midlaner – earlier last summer he helped the team’s main roster to win Adrenaline Cyber League 2019, while lately he played for Gambit Esports, with them he placed 4th at WePlay! Dota 2 Tug of War: Mad Moons. DM, whose most recent team was Chaos E.C., will play on the offlane. The team’s final member is Yume, who most recently played for Team Singularity.
The team’s first tournament will be GGBET StayHome Challenge, a $15,000 online event scheduled for April 1st – 12th. In their first match they will face B8, the series will begin on 4:30 PM UK Time, April 2nd.
