The final two participants will be determined through LAN qualifiers, which will feature best teams of European, North American and South American online qualifiers.

The Group Stage will be split into two phases. During each phase, the teams will compete in three GSL groups with best-of-three series. The groups will be drafted by the teams. The participants will receive tournaments points based on their performance during the group stage. Best eight teams will advance to the final stage, which will feature a double-elimination bracket. Most of the playoffs matches will be played at FACEIT Studio in Los Angeles, while the lower bracket finals and the grand finals will be played at a stadium with live audience.
