Astralis complete roster with phzy and ryu
Astralis have officially unveiled two new players, phzy and ryu, completing their main roster. The signings confirm earlier rumors surrounding the team’s lineup changes.
These moves mark Astralis’ transition to English communication. At the same time, the core of HooXi, Staehr, and jabbi has been retained following the recent departures of Magisk and device.
The organization stated that phzy and ryu fit well into the project’s long-term vision. Management highlighted their individual skill, energy, and ability to quickly adapt to the style of play the team aims to develop together with the coach and in-game leader.
phzy joins Astralis after a busy year in which he represented several teams and consistently delivered strong individual performances. ryu, meanwhile, arrives from Monte, where he progressed from the academy setup to the main roster and established himself as a promising talent.
The revamped Astralis lineup will begin the new season in the near future at BLAST Bounty Season 1, with the online stage set to start on January 12.
