Preview of cs_summit 2

cs_summit 2 is a major Counter-Strike: Global Offensive tournament which kicks off on February 8th in Los Angeles. Let’s take a look at the tournament’s line-up, format and schedule.

The tournament is organized by Beyond The Summit studio and will be held on February 8-11 at their home in Los Angeles. The event’s prize pool is set at $150,000. The line-up consists of eight teams, seven of which were directly invited by the organizers, and the other one made it through the European qualifiers.

The teams were seeded into a double-elimination playoffs bracket, in which the regular matches will be played in a best-of-three format, while the grand final is best-of-five with one map advantage for the team coming from the upper bracket. The bracket looks as follows:
