Insania retires from professional Dota 2

Liquid has announced the retirement of its captain and support player, Insania. He leaves the professional scene after six years with the organization, during which he helped lead the team to victory at the biggest tournament of the season.

In an official statement, the organization noted that Insania’s story ended on a high note — after lifting the Aegis at TI13. Liquid expressed pride that he chose to close this chapter of his career with the team and thanked him for the years he spent representing their banner.

Throughout his career, Insania played for several well-known teams and won multiple major tournaments, including The International 2024. His final event was TI14, where Liquid finished in 9th–13th place. According to Liquipedia, he earned over $2 million in prize money over the course of his professional journey.

It remains unclear who will replace Insania in the Liquid roster. The current active lineup includes Micke, Nisha, Boxi, and Blitz, who continues to serve as the team’s head coach.
