CS:GO Update: Dust II Replaces Cobblestone in Competitive Map Pool

This weekend Valve released a new update for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. Dust II is finally back to the competitive map pool, where it replaced Cobblestone. It means that Dust II will be played in the upcoming major in London by FACEIT, which was announced in February. For usual players, Cobblestone will remain available in all game modes. In addition to it, a shorted version of Nuke became available for the Wingman game mode. The full list of changes is presented below.

  • Added Dust II to the Active Duty map pool.
  • Removed Cobblestone from the Active Duty map pool.
  • Added support for Nuke in Wingman.
  • Moved Austria and Shipped into Defusal Group Sigma casual map group.
  • Moved Cobblestone into Defusal Group Delta casual map group.

Misc

  • Fixed an exploit that impacted game server performance.
