Black^ Left Clutch Gamers

Dominik "Black^" Reitmeier announced his departure from Clutch Gamers.

Clutch Gamers is a team from Southeast Asia based in Thailand. Its new Dota 2 roster was presented just a little less than a month ago and turned out to be a mix of players from all around the globe. The roster consisted of Dominik "Black^" Reitmeier, Anas "MagE-" Hirzallah, Kharis "SkyLark" Zafeiriou, Mohammad "AfrOmoush" Abu Al Eis and Vladimir "yol" Basov.

Although the team didn’t have a chance to play a single official match with this roster, Dominik "Black^" Reitmeier decided to leave the team due to, as he wrote in his statement, being skeptical towards some of the team members and because of the stressful atmosphere between the players. "Black^" apologized to his ex-teammates and his fans:

The fault really isn't with the team or the players, it's pretty much solely my fault. My mind kept playing with me and i turned quite negative towards the whole team as well as the management. I got very scared suddenly, anxious even. I made the entire atmosphere somewhat stressful and not very enjoyable to play under. Although I am not the only reason why the atmosphere wasn't optimal I was certainly one of the biggest. So I'd like to apologize to everyone that is or was involved in this situation.

As the team changed its roster after the transfer lock, Clutch Gamers won’t be able to be invited to The International and its closed qualifiers and will have to make it through the open qualifiers.
